Job Title: Occupational Therapist

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our college group in West London. This is an exciting opportunity to support young people in an educational setting, helping them develop independence, life skills, and access to learning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and support students with a range of needs, developing tailored intervention plans
  • Work collaboratively with teaching staff, support teams, and external professionals
  • Deliver individual and group therapy sessions
  • Support students in developing functional, social, and vocational skills
  • Contribute to EHCP (Education, Health and Care Plan) targets and reviews
  • Provide guidance and training to staff where appropriate

About You:

  • Qualified Occupational Therapist with relevant professional registration
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Experience working with young people aged 16–24 is preferred, but not essential
  • Passion for supporting students in an educational environment
